A neighbourhood just right for you.

This is where Toronto meets Vaughan. Which means there are plenty of ways to get here and to get around. Major campuses include York University, Seneca at York, University of Guelph Humber and Humber College. You are also surrounded by a healthy choice of elementary and high school, too. You’re well served by transit options that include ZUM, VIVA and TTC routes with important subway access. Naturally, your neighbourhood is stocked with convenience and specialty stores that you can get to easily, when you choose.

Transit

You’re very
well connected

Getting around is easy and it happens because St. Gaspar’s is strategically served by nearby arteries like Highway 400 & 407, Finch & Steeles Avenues, plus multiple bus routes and the Spadina subway extension that now runs up to York University. Move effortlessly throughout the GTA with the Toronto Transit Commission, the most used transit system in Canada and the third largest in North America.

Park it.

If you’re looking for a unique outdoor experience, right in your neighbourhood Plunkett Park has plenty to offer. With facilities such as a playground, a picnic shelter for rain or shine, and outdoor bocce courts, this space makes for a great time in both rain and shine. Unlike your average park, Gracedale features tennis courts, lit bocce courts, a cricke practice wicket, splash pad, playground and even more green space to enjoy. Rowntree Mills Park Named in honour of neighbourhood pioneer, Joseph Rowntree, who had built mills in the area in 1843. Today the 92 hectares offer plenty of open space for the community to enjoy sun and fresh air.
